Let’s go retro and battle classic Gym Leaders and Champions from previous Pokémon games in the all new Tournament mode in Pokémon Black Version 2 and Pokémon White Version 2. Battle Dragonite wielder, Lance from the Johto Region or Volkner and his electric type Pokémon from the Sinnoh Region. Players will be able to utilize new battle styles and moves found only in Pokémon Black Version 2 and Pokémon White Version 2 against these classic foes.
Pokémon World Tournament is set up as an elimination tournament. Featured battles include single battles, double battles, triple battles and rotational battles. Players using the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection can also receive data that allows them to battle with special trainers such as the top players and their teams from the 2012 Pokémon Video Game World Championships.
